The window seal is an important element of the structure. It provides noise, heat and   water insulation, prevents the penetration of dirt and dust.

You can determine the need to replace the seal by external signs:

– decrease in flexibility – the seal has become hard.

– there is a crack on it, caused by drying of the material;

– deformation – tears and cracks;

Also, noticeable signs will be:

– The room cools down quickly, during the wind, a draft is felt;

– in frost, ice appears on the windowsill or on the frame itself;

– the level of noise insulation has decreased. You can clearly hear the noise of cars and conversations from the street;

– a consat appeared on the profile, sash and frame.
